tips
Each therapy in a facility has their own rules and guidelines. Some require a waiver, some provide spa and hygiene products, and some require a list of medications. Before you book an appointment, read their FAQs or call and ask for anything you should be aware of. Most spas provide a comfortable experience but can be nicer to bring what makes you feel most relaxed.
