Akashic Records Reading

Akashic Records require more than a simple definition. The way I can describe it is like a data cloud of a person’s life, energies, traumas, higher self, generations, and things yet to be discovered. The records became a way of reading energetic information only a few decades ago and have been understood throughout history in various contexts and references under different names.

In preparation for my reading, I watched an intro video and practiced the prayer in my own time. I share my experience in my prep video here:

I found an Akashic Records reading available at the Philosophical Research Society (PRS) which I was familiar with from Peace Class but had yet to visit in person. PRS is located in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles. It’s a campus with a library, bookstore, and community center with in-person and online events, courses, and resources of eclectic thinkers, such as lectures on Rumi and other Sufi mystic poets, a Surrealist Study Group, and presentations on architect, inventor, and futurist, Buckminster Fuller.

I was intrigued by Ana Estela, who has a creative background along with experience in psychic readings. Her work at the Getty Villa gave me confidence that we would share a similar appreciation for art and a cosmic perspective. This connection is fundamental for me, as I've previously expressed in tarot readings that I am very selective about who I choose for guidance.

Ana Estela’s Akashic readings are akin to therapy, focusing on helping clients reconnect with their authentic selves. She identifies potential blocks and uses her channeling skills to perceive what lies in our energy. Her approach blends new-age with traditional practices and she uses various tools such as herbs and tinctures, to clear these blocks.

Ana's method grants a soft, compassionate delivery of truth, guiding clients to explore the possibilities of their choices.

In this Akashic Records reading, it is clear that everything I’m experiencing and learning is a reflection of my growth, including the challenges and negativity from others. Even the people who may act as bullies are part of the process, teaching me how to stand in my power. I have the ability to transmute negative energy by creating an energetic shield around myself, using white light to transform anything projected toward me.

To protect and elevate my energy, she recommends envisioning mirrors surrounding me, along with healing crystals like selenite and tourmaline to create a grid that transforms negative energy into positivity. As I engage with these energies, I can alchemize them by visualizing them turning them into more abundance. By shifting my focus to creating spaces of sanctuary and artistic expression, I am cultivating an environment that supports my limitless potential. As your own healer, you are empowered to transform the energies around you into whatever aligns with your highest good.

Here are my thoughts after the reading:

The reading awakened my self-awareness to a personal relationship with all the therapies that I’ve researched. I found that art therapy plays an important role, not just in healing my stressors but expanding my true potential within my process.

Feeling the Los Feliz vibes, I walked around, following that energetic guidance and I randomly ran into an old friend from middle school! He is also fluent in tarot and all things metaphysical. What a wonderful reunion and confirmation of good energy attracting kindness and friendship.

Accessing my Akashic Records and working with a reader has deepened my connection with my energy and the universe, cultivating a deeper, more intimate connection with the divine and the unseen energies that are always near.

Thank you, Ana, your Akashic Records Reading was truly insightful, enlivening, and healing.
