Hugh Spa

A women’s only spa in K-Town, Los Angeles, Hugh Spa is cute, cozy, and pretty. Go during nonbusy hours like a Wednesday evening, and you’ll practically have the place to yourself. In the wet spa, they have a steam room, salt hot tub, and a mugwort tea bath. In the dry room, they have an oxygen room, clay room, cold room, magnet infrared room, and salt room. There are also rest areas, eating tables, and vanities.

What I wrote in my journal:

There’s no cold plunge to cool off but the cold shower is ok. As for spas, this is nice and pretty. I zoned out in the steam room, I love it when I lose track of where I am and let my body fully heal. I’m on the couch, trying to relax more. I kinda just want to rest or meditate.
